    I stopped working out over the past few years because I have vertigo, and as a result felt very unhealthy because I didn't exercise.. So happy I met Ben and started training at Rivertiwns Peraonal Training! Ben helped to tailor exercises to work through the vertigo. I feel great, I work out 3x per week, lost 15 lbs since September and I'm having fun! Great group of people here! Including George!!! Thank you!'
